Do's – Resident Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness in your room and common areas.
2. Return before 10:00 PM daily unless prior permission is taken.
3. Use the dining area for meals, not inside rooms.
4. Dispose of waste separately in designated bins.
5. Report issues to the warden/management immediately.
6. Use water and electricity responsibly.
7. Only family members allowed to visit rooms.
8. Keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.
9. Keep your room key safe – replacement will be charged.
10. Pay for any damage caused to hostel property.
11. Only laptops and iron boxes allowed as personal appliances.
12. Rent increases by 10% every 12 months of continuous stay.

Don'ts – Prohibited Activities

1. No alcohol, drugs or illegal substances on the premises.
2. Smoking strictly prohibited inside hostel premises.
3. Do not bring outsiders into rooms without permission.
4. No cooking inside rooms; use designated kitchen only.
5. No alterations to rooms or property without written permission.
6. No parties or loud music inside rooms or common areas.
7. No theft or tampering with others' belongings or hostel property.

Advance Refund Policy

1. Refundable advance is paid at the time of admission.
2. No refund if vacating without 30 days written notice.
3. No partial refund for leaving mid-month.
4. With proper notice and no dues, refund processed in 15 working days.
5. Unpaid dues and damage charges will be deducted from advance.

Disciplinary Action

Violation of any rule may lead to a warning, fine, or termination of accommodation without refund of advance, at the sole discretion of management.
